Exchange & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and cost reasons, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged.

  • All damaged-item exchange or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order and only via WhatsApp or email, along with clear photos showing the damage.

  • Requests are reviewed and approved only if the damage is verified.

  • Size exchanges are not available, so please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. If unsure, feel free to message us before ordering.

  • If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, you may request a full refund by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is proven damaged.
