All damaged-item exchange or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order and only via WhatsApp or email, along with clear photos showing the damage.
Requests are reviewed and approved only if the damage is verified.
Size exchanges are not available, so please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. If unsure, feel free to message us before ordering.
If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, you may request a full refund by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is proven damaged.
